While overseeing the company, Gareth enjoys staying hands-on, diving into code whenever the opportunity arises. He takes pride in working closely with clients, helping to plan and scope tailored solutions that truly meet their needs.

Outside of work, Gareth spends his free time with his two kids and enjoys running and cycling to stay active.

Carson Lewis is the friendly voice you’ll hear when you need assistance, ideas, or answers. As your first point of contact, Carson ensures every conversation is easygoing and productive.

Officially based in Timaru, Carson is often on the move, traveling around the country to connect with clients. Despite his busy schedule, he’s always just a call away, ready to help.

Sam O'Connor is a self-taught developer with a passion for coding that began in childhood. Over the years, he has continually expanded his skill set, focusing on delivering consistent, high-quality solutions for every project.

As Sniper's Lead Developer, Sam is dedicated to maintaining the technical excellence of the team. With a sharp eye for detail and a love for problem-solving, he ensures that every line of code meets the highest standards.

Your typical nerd at heart, Sam spends his free time gaming, tackling DIY projects, and enjoying life with his partner and their many pets—including 2 dogs, 3 cats, and 5 chickens.

Adam Ngatae is Sniper's frontend developer, specializing in making websites look amazing and ensuring they work seamlessly across devices—whether you're on a computer or a phone.

As the most tattooed person on the Sniper team, Adam has officially declared himself "done," with no more room left for new ink.

When he's not crafting polished, visually appealing designs, Adam spends his free time reading, gaming and sassing his friends.

Phil Anderson is a seasoned senior developer with many years of experience working as a contractor before joining Sniper. With his deep technical expertise, he brings a wealth of knowledge to every project he works on.

As the most southern member of the Sniper team, Phil has made his home in the picturesque town of Te Anau, a place he fell in love with and now shares with his family.

When he’s not solving complex coding challenges, Phil enjoys spending time in nature with his wife and kids, embracing the beauty of the great outdoors.

Ben Dobson is the latest addition to the Sniper team, joining as a Senior Developer with extensive experience in the media industry.
